Refund Policy

We want you to love Sakhi. If something goes wrong with your subscription, we will make it right.

1. Free Tier

Sakhi's free tier is free forever and requires no payment. There is nothing to refund for free tier users.

2. Pro Subscription — Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Profile, then Subscription within the app. When you cancel, you retain full Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

3. Refund Eligibility

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at refunds@sakhi.app with the following information:

5. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take up to 10 additional business days.

6. Payment Processors

Refunds for Indian subscriptions are processed via Razorpay. Refunds for international subscriptions are processed via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details — refunds are returned to the original payment method.
