Refund Policy
We want you to love Sakhi. If something goes wrong with your subscription, we will make it right.
1Free Tier
Sakhi’s free tier is free forever and requires no payment. There is nothing to refund for free tier users.
2Pro Subscription — Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Profile → Subscription within the app. When you cancel, you keep full Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

4How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@sakhi.fit with:
- The email address associated with your Sakhi account.
- Your transaction ID or order number (from your payment confirmation email).
- The reason for your refund request.
We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
5Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 5–7 business days. The time for it to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take up to 10 additional business days.
6Payment Processors
Refunds for Indian subscriptions (₹99/month · ₹699/year) and international subscriptions ($4.99/month · $39.99/year) are processed via Razorpay. We do not store your card details — refunds are returned to the original payment method.
