How do I set up my Sakhi account?+
Download Sakhi, open it, and tap “Get Started.” Enter your email, create a password, then answer four quick questions — your name, language, average cycle length, and health condition. Your personalised dashboard is ready immediately. No payment required to start.
How do I log my period?+
Go to the Cycle tab, select your flow level — Spotting, Light, Medium, or Heavy — and tap “Period started today.” Sakhi immediately updates your phase, predictions, and all personalisation.
How do I set up Partner Mode?+
Go to Profile, scroll to Partner Mode, and tap “Generate Code.” Share the code with your partner. They download Sakhi, tap “I’m a Partner,” and enter their email and your code. Use Permission Controls to choose exactly what they can see.
How do I use the Emergency SOS button?+
The SOS button is on the Home screen. Tap it to open Emergency Mode — nearby pharmacies and hospitals within 10km (requires location permission), pain-relief tips, pregnancy emergency signs, and your saved emergency contact. Add a contact under Profile → Emergency Contact.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Email support@sakhi.fit with your registered email and we’ll cancel immediately. On iOS you can also manage or cancel from your App Store subscriptions. For India (Razorpay), you can cancel from your Razorpay dashboard. No questions asked.
Why are my cycle predictions inaccurate at first?+
Sakhi starts with your manually entered cycle length. After your first logged period, predictions improve significantly. After three cycles, they’re typically accurate to within two days; after six, most users report within one day.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap “Delete Account.” All your data is permanently deleted within 30 days and cannot be undone. Cancel your Pro subscription first to avoid additional charges.
How do I contact support?+
Email support@sakhi.fit or call +91 81052 07254. We respond within 24–48 hours on business days. For urgent issues, write “URGENT” in your subject line.
