Sakhi is a health information companion, not a medical device. Please read these terms carefully before using the app.
By downloading, installing, or using the Sakhi application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use Sakhi. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
Sakhi is an AI-powered women's health companion providing cycle tracking, period prediction, personalised health insights, AI chat (powered by Anthropic Claude), meal planning, pregnancy journey tracking, emergency mode, partner mode, and related features. Sakhi is an informational tool and is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice.
All content provided by Sakhi — including AI chat responses, cycle predictions, health articles, meal plans, and any other information — is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you received from Sakhi.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Sakhi. The Intimate Health section is restricted to users who confirm they are 18 or older. By using the app, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Sakhi offers a free tier and paid Pro subscriptions. Pricing:
Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Profile → Subscription within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All content in Sakhi — including app design, health articles, AI responses, text, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of Sakhi and its licensors. Your personal health data remains yours.
Partner Mode allows you to share selected health information with a trusted person. You control exactly what is shared and can revoke access at any time from Profile settings. Sakhi is not responsible for any consequences arising from data shared through Partner Mode.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sakhi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for Sakhi in the three months preceding the claim.
We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
